Refund and Exchange Policy

At Arushii Home Furnishings, we are dedicated to ensuring the highest order of quality checks at our warehouse in all the products before sending them over to you. Please review our exchange policy below to understand the process and requirements for requesting an exchange.

Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Exchange:

Exchanges are only accepted for products that have a manufacturing defect.

Exchanges are limited to the same product of the same category as the defective item. For instance, a defective bedsheet can only be exchanged for the same bedsheet.

No Refund Policy:

We do not accept refunds. Please review all product details carefully before making a purchase.

Incase there is a manufacturing defect in the product , we will accept an exchange request.

Steps to Process an Exchange

Step 1 – Record an Unboxing Video:

To initiate an exchange request, you must provide an unboxing video of the product. This video should clearly show the product being unpacked and any visible defects.

The unboxing video must be shared along with your exchange request. Failure to provide this video will result in the exchange request being declined.

Step 2 – Submit Request:

Email your unboxing video, along with clear images of the defect and your order number, to help@arushiihome.com.

Once your request is received, our team will verify the information and schedule a reverse pickup at no additional cost to you.

Step 3 – Verification and Replacement:

Our in-house team will inspect the returned product at our facility, checking for tags and confirming the manufacturing defect.

Upon approval, we will dispatch the replacement product within 3 days.

Step 4 – Product Availability:

If the same product is unavailable or sold out, we will issue a coupon for the amount equivalent to the original purchase price.

You may use this coupon to place a new order for a product of your choice on our website.

General Terms
Shipping Costs:

Arushii Home Furnishings will cover the cost of reverse pickup and shipping for the replacement item if the exchange is approved.

Condition of Returned Items:

Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition. Items with signs of misuse or damage not related to manufacturing defects will not be eligible for exchange.
